They give diagnostic guidance, help find shops and schedule appointments, and manage your vehicle records on your behalf.
The AI can make mistakes. It is not a substitute for a hands-on inspection by a qualified technician. For safety-critical systems (brakes, steering, fuel, airbags) always confirm with a real mechanic before driving.
Decisions that affect your records (e.g., logging an issue to your vehicle's health dashboard) can be reviewed and dismissed any time from your room.

What the AI does NOT do
- It does not make legal, financial, medical, or insurance decisions on your behalf.
- It does not train on your conversations — Vertex AI Gemini operates under Google's enterprise DPA, which excludes training-data contribution by default.
- It does not override safety-critical advice — when the diagnosis touches brakes / steering / fuel / airbags, you see a human-review banner before any action is suggested.

- Export your data — every conversation, diagnosis, and vehicle record.
- Delete your account — full erasure across all stores.
- Dismiss auto-logged issues — any health-dashboard row marked "auto-logged from chat" can be dismissed with one click.
