1. The service
gvhp ("we") provides a vehicle-maintenance companion application that uses AI agents to give diagnostic guidance, help schedule service, and manage your vehicle records. By using gvhp ("the service") you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to obtain advice on:
- emissions-control tampering (deleting DPF, EGR, catalytic converters),
- disabling safety systems (ABS, airbags, ESC, seatbelts, TPMS),
- VIN modification or cloning,
- odometer tampering.
You also agree not to harm yourself, other people, or property; reverse-engineer or scrape the service; or impersonate another user.
3. The AI's limitations
This is critical. The AI mechanic produces diagnostic guidance, not a substitute for a hands-on inspection by a qualified technician. For any safety-critical system (brakes, steering, fuel, airbags) you must confirm with a real technician before driving. See About the AI.
gvhp is not a:
- diagnostic instrument certified for legal or insurance purposes,
- substitute for a manufacturer service manual,
- medical, financial, or legal advisor,
- replacement for an emergency service.
4. Your responsibilities
Keep your account credentials secure. Provide accurate vehicle information. Verify safety-critical advice with a qualified technician before acting. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Connected shops
You can grant shops varying tiers of access to your vehicle history. You control these grants — they are revocable any time from Service Connect. LEVEL_1 grants AI mechanic chat only (no raw rows); LEVEL_2 grants service history excluding cost.
6. Account termination
You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Privacy. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — see the Privacy Policy for what cascades. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Section 2.
7. Liability
To be finalized by legal counsel. The EU Product Liability Directive 2024/2853 imposes strict liability on AI providers for defective products; the liability section will be drafted with that constraint and SME-scaled caps in mind.
8. Intellectual property
gvhp's code, branding, templates, and prompts are our property. Your vehicle data and chat content remain yours; we hold a limited license to process them solely for delivering the service. AI-generated diagnoses are not separately copyrightable; you may quote, share, and use them however you like.
9. Changes
Material changes trigger a re-acceptance flow on your next login.
10. Governing law
To be filled by legal counsel. Consumers retain the protections of their EU country of residence.
